Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality with a 10-year warranty against pilling, abnormal wear and tear, or workmanship defects on all of our bedding products.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 100 nights, you can return your items for a full refund, and we will even provide the return shipping label.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
